COVID-19 IMPACT

Our fulfilment centres are operating as usual.

Orders are getting despatched on time – same working day if placed before 1pm GMT, or next working day.

However, there are delays with most local postal services across the world.

Your order may get delayed in the post.

This is outside of our control but we will do our best to help you locate your parcel.

Buy any 2 items or more and get FREE worldwide delivery.

You can get two of the same product, or mix and match.

Europe 3-5 working days
Rest of the world 5-7 working days
USA 2-3 working days (via Amazon Logistics)

 

Most of our parcels get delivered within these timeframes. However, sometimes there may be delays due to Customs checks or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your parcel is running late, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find it.

USA Delivery via Amazon Logistics

Because we are based in Europe, we opted to use Amazon Logistics to deliver our products across the USA.

We will NOT pass your email address or phone number to Amazon.

We will pass your delivery address to them temporarily for order fulfilment purposes, but they will not store it as per our customer protection policies.

Worldwide delivery

We deliver worldwide to all destinations.

Please note that fully tracked delivery is not available in some countries.

Can I track my delivery?

We offer tracked and untracked shipping options.

All orders of over £30 are sent as tracked by default.

What if I need my supplements urgently?

If you would like to get your order faster and pay extra, we can ship using international couriers such as FedEx or DHL.

Please contact us for an individual quote if you would like to use this option.

My country is not listed on your destinations list – can I still buy supplements?

Our list of delivery destinations is limited by Customs and imports regulations.

This is due to the regulatory burden of getting food supplements approved for import – most countries have strict regulations in this regard.

Please contact us if you wish to check whether we might be able to deliver to your country, subject to its export regulations.

Can I pay in currencies other than GBP?

Our shop is based in the United Kingdom. All prices are set in pounds sterling (GBP).

If you would like to see prices in a different currency, please use currency selector on the top right of the page or during checkout.

How are the payments processed?

Payments on our website are processed by Stripe and PayPal

Both companies are market-leaders in internet payments processing, and fully compliant with the industry standards on payments security. Your credit card details are not stored after the transaction and are therefore completely safe from data theft.

We keep your contact data for the purposes of delivering your order, in accordance with the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act. We will never share this data with any third parties or use it for any other purpose other than that stated above.

Can I get a refund if I am not happy?

All our products are carefully selected and tested, and we are 100% confident in their quality. We offer a full money-back guarantee on all our products.

If you change your mind after purchase or are unhappy with our products for any reason, return them to us for a full refund within 60 days of purchase – no questions asked.

Opened products

If you open the bottle and start taking the supplements, and then decide you are unhappy, we will still take them back.

However, we do recommend that you try taking supplements for at least 7 consecutive days in order to feel the full benefits.
