Delivery costs

UK orders: delivery is always free

International orders: Buy any 2 products or more to qualify for free delivery. You can get two of the same product, or mix and match.

If your order doesn’t qualify for free delivery, costs will be calculated at Checkout depending on parcel weight and shipping destination.

Approximate Delivery Times

We are based in the UK. We have fulfilment centres in the UK, Continental Europe, Australia, UAE and the USA.

Canadian orders are fulfilled out of our USA fulfilment centre.

All other international orders are fulfilled out of our main UK centre.

Most of our parcels get delivered within this time.

However, sometimes there may be delays due to Customs checks or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your parcel is running late, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find it.

USA Delivery via Amazon Logistics

Because we are based in Europe, we opted to use Amazon Logistics to deliver our products across the USA. They offer the optimal service in terms of costs and overall reliability.

We will NOT pass your email address or phone number to Amazon. We will pass your delivery address to them temporarily for order fulfilment purposes, but they will not store it as per our customer protection policies.

Worldwide delivery

We deliver worldwide to all destinations. Our standard shipping option relies on your local postal service for final delivery.

Please note that fully tracked delivery is not available in some countries.

Express International Delivery

If you need your products urgently, we can ship orders via DHL Express or FedEx. Typically, this service takes 2-5 days (depending on the location) and is fully tracked.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping to this option, please contact us. We will provide a quote based on your parcel weight and destination.

Can I track my delivery?

All orders are sent as tracked by default.

My country is not listed on your destinations list – can I still buy supplements?

Our list of delivery destinations is limited by Customs and imports regulations.

This is due to the regulatory burden of getting food supplements approved for import – most countries have strict regulations in this regard.

Please contact us if you wish to check whether we might be able to deliver to your country, subject to its export regulations.

Can I pay in currencies other than GBP?

Our shop is based in the United Kingdom. All prices are set in pounds sterling (GBP).

If you would like to see prices in a different currency, please use the currency selector on the top right of the page or during checkout.

How are the payments processed?

Payments on our website are processed by Stripe and PayPal

Both companies are market-leaders in internet payments processing, and fully compliant with the industry standards on payments security. Your credit card details are not stored after the transaction and are therefore completely safe from data theft.

We keep your contact data for the purposes of delivering your order, in accordance with the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act. We will never share this data with any third parties or use it for any other purpose other than that stated above.

Can I get a refund if I am not happy?

All our products are carefully selected and tested, and we are 100% confident in their quality. We offer a full money-back guarantee on all our products.

If you change your mind after purchase or are unhappy with our products for any reason, return them to us for a full refund within 60 days of purchase – no questions asked.

Opened products

If you open the bottle and start taking the supplements, and then decide you are unhappy, we will still take them back.

However, we do recommend that you try taking supplements for at least 7 consecutive days in order to feel the full benefits.
