Drink the tea either hot or cold throughout the day.

Warnings
Store in a cool dry place. Do not use if the pouch comes unsealed. If you are on any medications, have a medical condition or any other health concerns, consult a doctor before fasting. Extended fasting for longer than 72 hours requires medical supervision. Remember to drink plenty of water throughout your fast. Stop your fast immediately if you feel unwell at any point.
No Microplastics in Your Cup
The teabag itself is often the least healthy thing in your cup.
Cheap nylon mesh teabags shed microplastics once brewed. Standard paper teabags are sealed with glue and hidden plastic coatings.
Our teabags are made from Soilon®, a premium plant-based bioplastic derived from non-GMO cornstarch. It is free from microplastics, 100% food-safe and compostable.
The roomy pyramid shape gives whole-leaf herbs space to unfurl and circulate freely, releasing fuller flavour, aroma and active compounds than a cramped flat paper bag ever could.

Dear Diane, I am very sorry to hear you didn't like the taste of the tea. We've issued a refund for this product under our moneyback guarantee.
Loved that i could drink the tea on empty stomach with any troubles.
Good buy. I purchased this item because I’ve started my intermittent fasting journey. It has great taste and helps keep me on track. I recommend this product.
Good. I don’t fast but I do like to try different teas. This one has a pleasant flavor, earthy like many herbal teas. It does quiet my stomach when I don’t feel at my best, and I like that it has lots of healthy elements, which are important for fasters and non fasters. Not bad as herbal teas go.
Nice herbal blend. This is a nice herbal tea blend. I am not a fan of herbal teas in general so I mixed it with another teabag to make the herbal flavor less strong. That did help with the flavor, but I was still hungry throughout the day. Maybe if I liked the taste better, I could drink more and be more successful with the fasting. If you like herbal teas, you will like this blend.
Herbal tea. This teabag is a nice herbal infusion containing calming chamomile for a start. There is no actual tea in it but the taste is pleasant enough and good for fast days. Each tea bag is reusable three times so these are good value for money
Not for me, but still a nice tea. This is a very nice tea, pleasant taste but didn’t curb hunger. It also gave me heartburn which was a bit frustrating. Don’t usually get that with herbal teas so not sure what is setting me off from the list of ingredients. Either way, not for me but I do recommend giving it a try. We’re all different after all.
Herbal tea lovers. I am a lover of herbal tea, and have found these to be really nice. I have been having them in a morning and an evening and have found they have helped with my stomach bloating.
Interesting flavour. This is an interesting infusion of herbs (no actual tea) that can be drunk hot or cold. I've tried it both ways and not sure which I prefer. It is quite a pleasant taste, not sweet, and reminds me of other things that I can't quite pick out.Not sure about the 'fasting' aspect as I tend to drink flavoured teas and herbal infusions when I'm cutting back on food. As long as your belly's full of SOMETHING I suppose that works. Each 'teabag' can be used up to three times in a similar way to green tea. In fact, this infusion looks like green tea too. Nice to have in to make a change from the other herbal infusions.
What's not to like?. Really, what's not to like? Clean ingredients, I enjoy the flavors - the chamomile smells great with a hint of spice, has a mild taste, is fine to drink during fasting, and it's caffeine free!So I've been doing intermittent fasting for a year or so, and this tea helps a lot. Glad to know that I can drink this during my fast and it kinda helps reduce my hunger and cravings. I'm also happy that it is caffeine free, got kidney stones and UTI before and the doctor asked me to reduce caffeine intake to prevent it from happening again. I don't need to worry about the caffeine when I drink this.
I don't love it but I do like it. I like having this during the times of the day I fast because it has a rich flavour which j mostly like and it tricks my brain in thinking I'm having something sweet/flavoured other than water.I'm not a fan of the cardamom taste in it however I forget it's there after a few sips. It's also good that you can infiaetit more than one which again proves that it doesn't have a weak flavour.
Mild Flavor. This tea is very good, mild and soothing. It will work well for those who are not avid tea drinkers. While, it may be nice for settling your stomach for a fast - it will not make you feel less hungry.
Expensive, but nice flavour. This pack is marketed at being “fasting tea” when really you could use it at any time, not just for fasting. It contains;Chamomile, Dandelion Root, Rosehips, Cinnamon Bark, Elderflower, Cardamom, Fenugreek. The herbs all compliment each other and the flavour is nice. The tea bags are good quality and you can tell the ingredients are too. It is rather expensive, but a nice novelty.
Tastes nice enough. Now I did think these were expensive but the listing said you can reuse each bag up to 3 times, I found I couldn’t as by the third time there’s literally nothing left of flavour or goodness wise when I tried it, others might have succeeded with that but I didn’t also I found it a bit disgusting to keep a used tea bag out ready to use again and again, I’ve always drank herbal tea so this was nothing unusual to be but I do wonder about the fasting part as when I fast I only consume plain filtered water during then when I finish I consume products like this, personally I don’t know anyone that uses herbal tea while in the fast, all in all it’s a pricey but nice product but I won’t be getting them again
Fasting tea has a pleasant flavor and can use each bag up to 3 times--so its economical. Fasting Tea: Herbal Infusion for Intermittent and Extended Fasting, Balanced Soothing and Nourishing Flavours, Naturally Caffeine-Free, 20 Premium Teabags for Safe and Healthy FastingI ordered this fasting tea as I wanted to try an intermittent fasting regimen. As I'm a senior, however, I wanted to be cognizant of appropriate precautions for my age. This appears to be a safe, agreeable option for me--I've had no problems except for my willpower. It is actually a tasty blending of herbs and the chamomile doesn't appear to shut me down or make me sleepy. Each bag can be used for up 3 times, altho I've only used a bag twice for maximum flavor each time. I'm drinking the tea afternoons to avoid that afternoon snack attack. Not looking to lose a lot of weight, just take it easier on the system, which it appears to be doing. I'll continue to try to expand my usage; possibly eliminating a meal.
Gentle on an empty stomach. This is a nice addition to a fasting routine. I found it had a gentle warming feel on an empty stomach. And, since you can steep the tea bags multiple times, one tea bag kept me going throughout the day.
Homeopathic Love!. I'm not against all medicine but any time I can use natural remedies I am extremely happy. Biggest concerns for me when fasting are not damaging progress I have made on gut health and keeping inflammation down. This tea not only supplies natural ingredients but it uses a combination of ones that focus on gut, liver, gall bladder, and immunity health. Add to it that the ingredients offer more health properties than those listed above, smells amazing, tastes great, and you have a total win in my book. While it didn't eliminate all hunger, it was great for sustaining me so that I didn't experience brain fog, lack of energy, migraines, nausea, or cramping. As an unexpected bonus, I found it alleviating menstrual cramps too.Photos are direct from bag, after 1st steep comparison, and after third steep. There is a slight notable lack of strength with each use but the flavor stayed. Package only recommends 3 uses per packet. I tried all at hot, cold, and room temperature without any noticeable difference in taste, strength, or effect.
£0.50 a teabag, is it worth it. The name is misleading as most herbal teas can be used for fasting depending on the ingredients properties. It contains a fusion of Chamomile, Dandelion Root, Cinnamon Bark, Etc. Don’t drink before leaving the house the dandelion root is a diuretic which is great for shifting water weight but requires more trips to the bathroom. If you are doing a water fast this aids in digestion and will help keep you regular, maybe one movement in the mornings. I drink a cup in the evenings to settle stomach before 2-3 hours before bed. I probably wouldn’t repurchase.
scent and taste of cinnamon with chamomile. I could smell the cinnamon as soon as I opened the bag. The taste is light with chamomile and cinnamon being the flavors I pick up on the easiest. The tea has a good flavor without any need for honey or sugar which would break a fast. I use this for a 24hour fasting period and it helped curb any hunger pangs. The tea itself is good quality with full chamomile buds inside. I would drink this in or out of a fast. 20 individually wrapped nylon sachets are in one package.
Soothing and calming, great quality tea.. Fasting tea arrived in the resealable bag for an extra freshenes.Tea bags are of a decent quality and quite strong. This tea is made from 6 herbs. All dry pieces are of a good size and nice colour. It brews well to yellowish colour. It has a lovely scent and mild herbal flavour with dominant chamomile and hint of cinnamon.A bit pricey - £9.99 for 20 bags, but very tasty and of an excellent quality.Calming and soothing, but I'm not sure if fasting.Definitely worth to try because of its nice relaxing pleasant flavour.
Taste good!. This is a nice tasting tea. Whilst fasting I prefer not to drink black coffee as I find them a bit too acidic on an empty stomach. This tea however is gentle on the stomach and has a very pleasant taste.I really did enjoy drinking this tea. Try it!
Herbal tea infusion. Don't get side-tracked by the title, fasting or not, in the end, this is a herbal infusion, it's not required from you to be fasting to enjoy a chamomile with some added ingredients. The flavour is good, and brewing time is about 3-8 minutes, depending on your taste (I suggest you give it a try with different time frames and see what you like the most)
Curry. The worst part of extended fasting, for me, is stomach pain. I found that coffee is completely impossible, even if caffeine free. Tea is better, but still can cause issues over days of not eating. This is a nice alternative to just drinking hot water with electrolytes. The flavor made me think of chicken, oddly, which I realized was because the ingredients are similar to curry spices. The savory flavors are totally welcome on a fast and I will keep this in mind to have in my fasting kit along with electrolyte supplements.
Tasty!. So, this isn't a "curb your appetite" tea and I don't think they're promoting it as such but just in case you wondered, there's that. It's a great tasting tea and very nice for evening when you're wanting something with taste but not wanting to break your fast. And I try to avoid caffeine after late afternoon. So, I've been drinking this in the evening as sort of a relax, get ready for bed, and as a sort of dessert with a tiny splash of oat milk creamer added. No jitters, no stomach issues, just nice and relaxing.
Great for distracting one from snacking. First things first....this tea is delicious. I sometimes will sweeten teas that don't contain that much flavor, but I found this one to be great with nothing additional additives.Secondly, it works as advertised as a fasting tea. I fast between 4:30 PM and 8:30 AM every day. The hardest part of fasting for me is not actually getting hungry. It's the thinking about food or just wanting to taste something. This tea works great for that. Sipping on it keeps my mind off food. Thinking about it, there are probably many other zero-calorie teas that could be used for the same person and are not marketed that way, but that's just a side thought. This tea is definitely on the costly side, but you can use each tea bag multiple times. The directions say you can use each bag up to three times, but I'd say twice is close to reality.Overall, this has permanently changed my approach to intermittent fasting. This is a great product.
Fasting tea. I love herbal tea especially first thing in the morning and I love to fast at least once a week. This tea is delicious, aromatic and soothing to drink.Nice quality tea bags and ingredients.Well packed in resealable bag.Can be drunk hot or cold and tea bag can be used up to 3 times. I've only used bag to make drink twice and it doesn't compromise the taste.Highly recommend. Thank you
