How to take
Extended Fasts of 2-5 days
Take 2 capsules per day with a meal. Start taking the capsules on the day you break your fast and continue throughout your refeed phase. Recommended duration of refeed phase: 2-3 days.
Extended Fasts of over 5 days
Take 2 servings or 2 capsules per day (4 total) with meals. Start taking the capsules on the day you break your fast and continue throughout your refeed phase. Recommended duration of refeed phase: around 30% of the total duration of your fast. For example, if you fasted for 15 days, allow at least 5 days for the refeed phase.
IMPORTANT: Keep taking your fasting electrolytes in smaller quantities (10-20% of your fasting dosage) during your refeed phase, in addition to Fasting Refeed multivitamins.

Can I take this supplement during my fast?
If you are fasting for weight loss and are worried about your vitamin intake, you can take this supplement to top up your vitamin levels during your fast.
However, this is not essential. Your metabolism works in a different way when fasting. Many people fast successfully without taking any vitamin supplements.
We do strongly recommend electrolyte supplementation during fasting, and then electrolytes + Refeed multivitamins during your refeed phase.
Why doesn’t this supplement contain more electrolytes?
Electrolytes are crucial both during fasting and during the refeeding phase.
Fasting Refeed multivitamin is designed to go together with your standard fasting electrolyte supplements which should include sodium, potassium and magnesium.
We recommend continuing taking your fasting electrolytes for 1-2 days after your fast, just in much smaller dosages.
